Bookings are 100% refundable when you cancel at least 48 hours before your class — no questions asked. Within 48 hours the fee is non-refundable, though you may reschedule once subject to availability. Manage your booking on our booking page.

What payment methods are accepted?

We accept major credit and debit cards and secure online payment at the time of booking, plus cash on arrival at the school. Reserve and pay safely on our booking page.

Do you offer a B2B partner portal?

Accepted Answer

Yes — travel agencies and resellers have a dedicated B2B partner portal with special rates, group tools, and flexible booking. Get set up via our contact page or email office@thaiakhakitchen.com.

Question 4

What happens if I miss the free hotel pickup?

Accepted Answer

If you miss the pickup window, simply call us at +66 61 325 4611 and our driver will coordinate, or make your own way to the school. See pickup times and zones on the Free Pickup map.

Are there any hidden fees?

None. The price you see covers the full class, all ingredients, the CookBook, a gift set, drinks, and free hotel pickup — there are no surprise charges. Review what is included on our classes page.

Question 6

Can I transfer my booking to another person?

Accepted Answer

Yes — if you cannot attend, you may transfer your booking to another person at no cost; just let us know their name in advance. Contact us through our contact page to arrange it.

What happens if the class is cancelled by Thai Akha Kitchen?

In the rare event we must cancel a class — for example due to unforeseen circumstances — you receive a full refund or the option to reschedule to any available date at no extra cost. We notify you as early as possible and help you find a new slot. See available dates on our booking page.

Refund policy for private group bookings?

Private group bookings follow the same friendly 48-hour policy: cancel at least 48 hours before for a full refund, with partial flexibility for changes to group size. For large or corporate events we can agree custom terms in advance, so everyone is comfortable. Arrange your group through our contact page.
