How is Grapes used in Thai cooking?

Grapes grow in hanging clusters on the vine and are eaten fresh far more than turned into wine here - winemaking was never part of Thai tradition, though a small industry exists now. The grapes grown in Thailand mostly head to the fruit stall, sweet and eaten by the handful. They aren't really a cooking ingredient in Northern Thai or Akha food, but a fresh fruit - the kind that rounds off a meal or appears on a shared platter.
