How long does the full Thai Akha Kitchen cooking class experience last from start to finish?

The Morning Class runs about 6 hours in total, including hotel pickup: a 1-hour market tour to gather fresh ingredients, then hands-on cooking of 10 dishes and the curry paste, some at your own station, some shared with the group, eating each dish as you go.
